THE HUMAN MIND

The human body is a marvelous system that seems to have evolved on our planet after the mysterious emergence of life via complex chemical interactions in the salty sea.

Among the organs that sustain the living body is the brain (barely two percent of the body) that controls and sustains the many functions that keep the body alive and kicking.

The  Mind is an attribute/faculty/capacity of the human brain which is perhaps the most fantastic chunk of matter  in this backyard of the Universe. It’s potency is incredibly subtle and stupendous. It  generates what is perhaps the most powerful intangible entity in the entire Cosmos: Thoughts. Thoughts  are constrained by rigid rationality and also completely unrestrained by logic  in their imaginative prowess to create powerful ideas and picturesque non-physical entities, such as myths, stories and supernatural entities.

Every mind recognizes and responds to things and events in the external physical universe. All these are given audible expressions that can be meaningfully communicated to other human brains, sometimes even to a few non-human brains.

The mind constantly receives inputs that shape its modes of functioning and  responding to situations. Our views, convictions  and opinions are outcomes of the inputs our minds have been receiving from a variety of sources.  Communication between minds is one of the powerful means by which minds are shaped. Indeed, all forms of inspiration, indoctrination and control of the behavior of the multitude have been constantly occurring by this process.

More powerful, original and  already indoctrinated minds mold less original and more easily malleable minds.
