It is doubtful that the types and tenets of the religions we see today will continue to exist a thousand years from now (optimistic guess). But it depends largely on how successful we are in spreading education, science, enlightenment-thinking; as well as in subduing/eradicating the evil religious fanatics who acquire weapons and destructive powers.
Current religions are likely to be replaced by other belief systems about what is good and what is bad, what is right and what is wrong, who is superior and who is in inferior, etc. This will also depend on how successful we are in establishing global economic abundance and social justice.
