OH MAGICAL MYSTERY!

We know  not when or how it all began, nor indeed for what reason did.

But all joy and music and love all the beauty and wonder

That subtend this Universe which seems to stretch endlessly and began perhaps in a distant past, and exists for each one of us for a brief bracket of Time

Cannot be let go without reflection by sensitive human hearts and creative minds, pinned to all our bodies.

So it is that billions of humans, now and in generations past have wondered about it frequently and let go of that wonderment and managed to live their lives with ethereal fleeting thoughts and actions consequential or not, that have little or nothing to do with questions that relate to the Why and the How that pertain to our world and fleeing lives.

So, how we have come to be in this spatial stretch and ceaseless Time is the grandest Mystery that taunts the human mind.

But not all are or have been indifferent to the persistent puzzle of Existence of Matter and consciousness.

From time to time, and very rarely, a few individuals on our family have answered the taunting questions that are inescapably relevant to our presence here and now and its possibilities, if any, after we are apparently gone forever in whatever mode, after living here below on earth for a very finite paltry fraction of inconceivable eternity.

Whether from revelations to them

From subtle supernatural sources

Or through the fertile creativity

Of human imagination.

A few humans from time to time

Have provided fascinating answers

In times past to the Grand Mysteries

That pertain to the emergence,

Sustenance, and disappearance

Of this awesome phenomenon

In the cosmos that we refer to

As human consciousness.
